Print Books – Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns for damaged or defective print books within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Please contact us at contact@eternalpublishing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  3. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returned items must be in unused condition, except for the reported damage.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g. eBooks, downloadable content) are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure your device is compatible with the file format and you have selected the correct item before completing your payment.

If you experience technical issues with your digital purchase, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help resolve the problem.

How to Return an Item

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
